This is a question on which the views of the Medical
Advisers should be obtained.
PARAGRAPH 71 Governor's Entertainment Allowance.
It is recommended that this should be increased from
£2,200 to £2,500, and that the Governor should be exempted
from excise duties. This is a question which should bo
treated quite apart from a general revision of salaries and
Section 71 of this report should, I suggest, be rugistered
on an appropriate filo.

Defree unless this refers to a local dogroo which any be of

classes examination is, I think, approximately equal to the
Higher School Leaving Certificate.
